As a nonprofit with a minimal budget and a very small core team we put our heart and soul into creating an awareness campaign that will inspire millions to live a healthier lifestyle. To make a difference nationally we urge you to support our cause:

  • Volunteer 1 hour per week

Volunteer tasks may be:

  • Editing on your PC at home
  • Spreading the word via Facebook, MySpace, etc.
  • Reaching out to local studios, teachers or media, etc.
  • Sending One Week Free Yoga invitations to friends
