Volunteer tasks may be:

• Helping us bring Yoga Health Education into Schools
• Reaching out to local schools and teachers
• Editing on your PC at home
• Spreading the word via Facebook, MySpace, etc.
• Reaching out to local studios, teachers or media, etc.
• Sending One Week Free Yoga invitations to friends
