Our focus from February to August is to have a CITY AMBASSADOR in every US city. As a city ambassador we encourage you to collect a list of local yoga studios and submit the info here.

As a nonprofit with a small budget and small core team we put our heart and soul into creating an awareness campaign that will inspire millions to live a healthier lifestyle. To make a difference nationally we urge you to support our cause.

Feeling passionate about other tasks? We also need help in these areas:

• Administrative tasks like editing on your PC at home
• Spreading the word via Facebook, MySpace, blogging, etc.
• Shipping DVDs and other items (LA only)
• Yoga-Recess: Reaching out to school teachers and parents
