She organized Global Mala Chicago in September 2007, which drew over 500 yogis in the city. Lourdes’ teaching style is powerful and tender, challenging students to practice with the whole body, mind, heart and spirit. She has pursued spiritual practices since she was a young person. Yoga asana added a physical dimension that cultivated strength, grace, and increased health.
