The event will be at the Vancouver Public Library Downtown, 350 Georgia Street West, Vancouver, BC V6B 6B1, Canada.
The exhibit will be in the Promenade and Moat Gallery, workshops in the Alma VanDusen room, free lectures and demos in the Peter Kaye Room and the evening concert in theAlice McKay Room.
The exhibit package includes:
- One 8 x 6 ft. booth space
- One table
- Two chairs
- Free Listing in the Directory Guide
- Free Listing on the Yoga Health Festival website
Booth assignment policy
- Booth locations will be assigned in order of applications with deposits received.
- Please let us know your preferred both number or location.
- Nonprofit booths available upon request. Premium vendors will get first choice.
- Only yoga, health, green related product and service companies will be allowed as exhibitors.
- Booth applications will be guaranteed after signed contract and payment has been received.
- We reserves the right to make necessary floor plan changes.

Exhibit Hours
- Setup: Friday 10/3 from 5-9pm and Saturday 10/4 from 7-9am
- Festival: Saturday 10/4 from 9am - 7pm
- Breakdown: Saturday 10/4 from 7-10pm
- Benefit Concert: Saturday 10/4 from 8-10pm
- Bonus Workshops: Sunday 10/5
