H1N1 or the swine flu seems to create tremendous fear and confusion in almost everyone I know. What is it and what should you do? Is vaccination the answer and most important does it even work?

There is so much misinformation "out there" and I feel it is essential for you, your children and families to learn about the pros and cons of swine flu vaccination.

Go beyond fear, bring light and awareness into this discussion. Be informed. Take responsibility in creating a healthy lifestyle through prevention ....
